If I could, I'd give them negative stars. I had an appointment in December, arrived two minutes late, and then they said all the computers were already off and there wasn't enough time (18 minutes before closing time, and no one was there). Then, to top it off, they gave the insurance company the wrong vehicle owner information.

I can't complain; sure, finding an appointment is a bit annoying, and the fact that appointments are only released at short notice is a little odd. But the lady was very, very friendly; I even got in before my booked time and was gone again after 10 minutes. Perfect!

It's just gotten worse and worse over the years. Most of the staff are unmotivated and unfriendly. Information on how to book an appointment can only be found by going to the homepage (who does that in the age of Google?). The next available appointment isn't for another four weeks. Fantastic!
