Brewery Göller Drosendorf | Opening Hours & Beer Garden

The Brewery Göller in Memmelsdorf-Drosendorf is one of those addresses where the search for a good snack, a fresh beer, and an uncomplicated stop naturally connects. The official website focuses not only on opening hours and address but also on menus, beer sales, take-out options, and information about the beer garden. This is exactly what makes this location so interesting for guests: It is not just a place to eat or drink but a well-organized meeting point for Franconian fans, day-trippers, and anyone who prefers clear information about regional pub culture. Those searching for Brewery Göller Drosendorf, Brewery Göller opening hours, or Brewery Göller beer garden will find a facility that communicates its offerings transparently and provides clear orientation to its visitors. The address at Scheßlitzer Straße 7 is publicly stated, as are the current times and the offerings of hot and cold dishes. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

Especially helpful is that the website pragmatically depicts the process of a visit: There are defined meal times, different menus for snacks, lunch dishes, and dinner offerings, as well as notes on beer sales in bottle and barrel form. Additionally, it is integrated into the 13-Brewery Trail, which embeds the brewery as a culinary stop in a well-known excursion route in Franconian Tuscany. For SEO, this is a strong signal because the user intentions behind the search terms are very clear: opening hours, menu, beer garden, directions, parking, and take-out beer. These topics are addressed cleanly and factually in the following sections, making the site a reliable, informative resource for both guests and search engines. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

Opening Hours, Rest Days, and Current Visiting Times

Those interested in Brewery Göller Drosendorf opening hours receive very clear orientation on the homepage. According to the official website, Monday and Tuesday are rest days. Wednesday and Thursday are open from 3 PM to 10 PM, Friday to Sunday from 10:30 AM to 10 PM, and on Sunday until 9:30 PM. This information is particularly important for planning visits, as it immediately shows that the brewery operates on a classic weekly rhythm with clear service windows. This is helpful for excursions, family visits, or spontaneous stops on weekends, as one can directly align their daily schedule with the opening hours. Additionally, the website points out special and holiday information that is published online. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

For guests, this means in practice: If one arrives on a Wednesday or Thursday later in the afternoon, they will encounter a different time window than on a Friday or Sunday morning. The brewery signals that it is flexible enough to cover both the afternoon and early evening, while the weekend is more geared towards longer visits. It is also particularly relevant that the website not only talks about opening hours but also directly about food and drinks as well as meal times. The warm kitchen is open according to the current menu from 11 AM to 1:30 PM and again from 4 PM to 8 PM, on Sundays and holidays until 7:30 PM. This creates a clear framework for all those who want to come specifically for lunch, coffee time, or dinner. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/download/1613/))

The good structure of the information fits the search intention of many users: They do not want to search for a long time but want to know directly when the trip is worthwhile. Therefore, search terms like Brewery Göller Drosendorf opening hours, Brewery Göller Memmelsdorf, or Brewery Göller beer garden are so important. The brewery answers these questions with simple, understandable time indications. Additionally, the website refers to current notices at several points, for example, during holidays, vacation times, or special sales windows. Therefore, those who want to be sure should check the homepage shortly before their visit. This is particularly sensible if planning larger groups, wanting to reserve snacks, or keeping an eye on the pick-up time for beer and barrel goods. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

Menu, Snacks, and Hot Kitchen

The menu of Brewery Göller clearly shows the direction of its culinary profile: Franconian, down-to-earth, and with a clear focus on snacks, warm classics, and suitable side dishes. The snack menu includes, for example, snack plates, house plate, plum cake, raw or cooked ham, Göttinger, canned meat, press meat, dried meat, sausage with music, cheese plate, onion cheese, shredded cheese, cooking cheese, and Limburger with music. Additionally, there are three vegan spreads, showing that the offering is not only traditional but also somewhat broader. For guests looking for an uncomplicated evening or a hearty snack, this mix is attractive. Particularly practical: Snacks are not available on Sundays and holidays from 2 PM to 3 PM, and the menu also lists prices, so one can get a good idea of the visit's budget in advance. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/download/1613/))

The hot menu is also clearly focused on regional pub cuisine. Among other things, it includes dumplings with sauce, dumplings with vegetables and sauce, fries, side salad, fresh mushrooms in cream, lentil vegetables, pot roast, venison roast, boiled beef, pork shoulder, duck leg, brewery roast, and pork tenderloin. This is complemented by coffee, cappuccino, milk coffee, espresso, tea, as well as cakes and tarts. Thus, the brewery covers a wide spectrum: from a quick snack to a classic lunch break to an extended pub visit. The menus also show that seasonal and daily dishes may occur, which are posted at the food distribution point. This is interesting for regular guests as well as first-time visitors because it conveys the impression of a lively, not rigid food culture. For search queries like Brewery Göller menu or Brewery Göller Drosendorf menu, it is particularly important that the website provides very concrete examples. For instance, dumplings with sauce for 3.00 euros, fries for 3.80 euros, beer goulash with onions and beer sauce for 13.90 euros, or pan-fried schnitzel in various variants. The snack menu lists snack plates for 11.90 euros, house plate for 10.90 euros, or plum cake for 10.50 euros. These price examples are not only practical but also help to position the brewery: It is an offering with fair, regional, and well-calculated prices. This is exactly what makes the place so appealing to guests and search engine relevant at the same time. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/download/2617/))

Beer Garden, Beer Sales, and Draft Beer in Various Sizes

A central theme around Brewery Göller beer garden is the current use of the outdoor area. The website explicitly points out that the beer garden is open while the restaurant is closed. This is an important note for visitors, as it results in a different character of the visit: more outside, more uncomplicated stops, more focus on the beer garden feeling. At the same time, the website shows that beer sales are an independent and well-maintained part of the offering. There is bottled beer, light lager beer available year-round, and changing seasonal beers. Currently, pilsner and amber export are mentioned as seasonal beers. This immediately makes it clear that the brewery is not just a place for eating and drinking but also a clearly structured beer operation with a conscious product range. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

For guests who want to take beer with them, the barrel sizes are particularly useful. The website lists 10, 15, 20, 30, and 50 liters as available sizes. This is especially relevant for private parties, club celebrations, family gatherings, or spontaneous summer parties. Additionally, there is a practical note that seasonal beers should be ordered two days in advance. So, if planning a larger group, one can organize themselves in good time and pre-order the appropriate amount. The brewery thus offers not only enjoyment on-site but also a clear take-out and pick-up logic. That orders can be placed by phone or via WhatsApp emphasizes the closeness to the guests' everyday lives and makes the brewery attractive for people who not only want to stop by but also specifically shop for home or a celebration. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

The overall effect of this offering is very convincing because it combines tradition and practical usability. Those searching for Brewery Göller KG, Brewery Göller beer market, or Brewery Göller beer sales will encounter a location that considers the entire path from dispensing to take-out. The combination of beer garden, menus, bottled sales, and barrel sales maintained on the website fits this well. The place is thus suitable for several occasions: a short stop, a longer meal, a beer garden visit in good weather, or the targeted supply of beer for home. This multifunctionality is strong for SEO because it addresses different user intentions and bundles them in a single location. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

Directions, Address, and Parking in Memmelsdorf-Drosendorf

The route to Brewery Göller is uncomplicated thanks to the clearly communicated address. The location is at Scheßlitzer Straße 7, 96117 Memmelsdorf-Drosendorf. The website also includes a Google Maps hint, which simplifies route planning for guests. Those traveling by car or on a regional tour can thus head directly to the establishment without detours. Regarding parking, the tour portal for the 13-Brewery Trail provides a useful reference. It mentions the parking lot at Schloss Seehof Memmelsdorf for the route, with 150 car parking spaces and accessible access. For guests who combine their visit to the brewery with a hiking or excursion tour, this is a helpful orientation point. Even if the parking lot cannot be understood as the brewery's own parking lot, it is very relevant for regional accessibility and the connection to the brewery hiking trail. This creates a good starting point for visitors, where they can plan their tour, stop, and return cleanly. ([fsvf.de](https://www.fsvf.de/detail/id%3D5f13fd8bd5e6be051d0a82d3))

Those who connect the brewery with a longer tour also benefit from its classification in Franconian Tuscany and the municipality of Memmelsdorf. This is exactly why the search for Brewery Göller directions or Brewery Göller parking is so important: Guests want an uncomplicated, visible, and practical arrival. The available information meets this requirement very well, as it provides both the exact address and the regional context. For the user, this means less uncertainty and more anticipation for the visit. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

13-Brewery Trail, Location, and Excursion Experience

Brewery Göller is clearly integrated into the 13-Brewery Trail, which plays a significant role in the visitor experience. The tour portal lists the brewery as part of the route in Memmelsdorf and describes the route as a brewery hiking trail, circular tour, and culinary stop. At the same time, the official website states its own rules for the 13-Brewery Trail, showing that the operation expects a larger, often heavily frequented excursion route. This includes notes that bachelor parties, masked groups, as well as intoxicated and loud individuals will not be served, that loud music is undesirable, and that brought alcoholic beverages are not welcome. This conveys a clear image: Enjoyment should take place in an orderly, respectful framework. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

For day-trippers, this is a plus point because the brewery is thus not only gastronomically but also atmospherically integrated into a well-known route. The tour description states a length of 34.7 kilometers for the 13-Brewery Trail, a moderate difficulty, a walking time of 10:25 hours, and numerous elevation meters. Even if not everyone walks the entire distance, this classification shows that the brewery is part of a larger regional leisure concept. So, those searching for Brewery Göller photos, Brewery Göller Memmelsdorf, or Brewery Göller surroundings receive a very fitting context with the 13-Brewery Trail. The location is not isolated but embedded in a pleasure-oriented hiking landscape. ([fsvf.de](https://www.fsvf.de/detail/id%3D5f13fd8bd5e6be051d0a82d3))

Particularly important is the tone of the rules. The brewery appeals to responsible alcohol consumption, consideration for other guests, and the use of bus or taxi after drinking. This is a strong sign for an establishment that sees itself not only as a dispenser but also as a host. For SEO and user experience, this is valuable because it builds trust beyond mere opening hours. Those planning an evening or a hiking day around the 13-Brewery Trail receive not only beer and food here but also a clear expectation of togetherness. This mix of enjoyment, structure, and regional culture makes Brewery Göller in Drosendorf particularly special. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

Beer Specialties, Purity Law, and Regional Quality

The beer culture of Brewery Göller is presented on the website in a compact but very informative overview of varieties. Mentioned are bock beer, lager, Märzen, Urstöffla, and Gaumekitzler, each with a short sensory description and a seasonal period. The bock beer is described as amber-colored and drinkable and is offered from the end of October. The lager is light, drinkable, and available year-round. Märzen is served from March to April, Urstöffla from August to October, and Gaumekitzler from May to June. This variety is particularly relevant for search queries like Brewery Göller beer sales, Brewery Göller beer garden, or Brewery Göller purity law because it clearly defines the profile of the brewery. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

The wording of the website is also noteworthy: The beers are brewed with the highest standards of quality and taste according to the German Purity Law. This sets a traditional framework without appearing old-fashioned. Additionally, there is a practical part of the range: In addition to bottled beer, there is also draft beer in 10, 15, 20, 30, and 50 liters. This combination of classic beer culture and everyday usability makes the brewery interesting for many target groups. Whether planning an evening in the beer garden, supplying a small group at home, or needing a larger quantity for a celebration, the offering is clear and flexible. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

For SEO planning, this topic area is particularly important because it bundles several search intentions: beer style, take-out, freshness, season, and tradition. The brewery meets these expectations with a clear, Franconian-influenced line. Light lager beer is available year-round, seasonal beers are explicitly named, and take-out orders can be placed directly by phone or WhatsApp. This creates an image of an establishment that is not only historically rooted but also presents its products very modern and user-friendly. This should be evident in any high-quality location description. ([goeller-brauerei.de](https://goeller-brauerei.de/))

Not only one of the nicest Biergartens in Franconia but also some of the most improved beers. Super friendly service and great value Brotzeit. Recently returned and finally got a chance to have a hot meal and their new Maibock. Both were excellent.
