Bock Beer Tapping 2026: Franconian Beer Culture at Höhnskeller
On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the traditional Höhnskeller in Memmelsdorf will transform into a meeting point for friends of Franconian beer culture starting at 3 PM. The official Bock beer tapping will feature self-brewed Bock beer, regional specialties, and a cozy cellar atmosphere.
Strong Kickoff for the Bock Beer Season
The tapping marks the beginning of the autumn Bock beer season around Bamberg. In the classic beer cellar ambiance, hearty beer enjoyment meets Franconian hospitality. The Höhnskeller experience unites tradition, rustic atmosphere, and relaxed gatherings outdoors.
Bock Beer, Snack Platters, and Franconian Specialties
Along with the freshly tapped Bock, there will be crusty roast pork sandwiches, liver cheese sandwiches, and topped bread. Additionally, Görchlabier and non-alcoholic drinks will be available. Thus, the Bock beer tapping offers a delightful mix of regional cuisine, artisanal brewing culture, and a sociable cellar fest.
Party Atmosphere with Franconian Character
Instead of club beats, the rhythm is defined by the clinking of glasses, lively conversations, and the special dance floor atmosphere of a Franconian cellar fest. The Höhnskeller provides the perfect setting for a relaxed afternoon and a sociable evening with friends, family, and beer lovers.
Free Admission and Centrally Located in Memmelsdorf
Admission to the Bock beer tapping is free. Food and drinks are to be paid for on-site according to the current menu. The Höhnskeller is located at Meedensdorfer Straße 9 in 96117 Memmelsdorf and is just a few kilometers away from Bamberg.
Conclusion: Visitors can expect an authentic Bock beer tapping with Franconian beer, hearty snacks, and a characteristic cellar atmosphere. Anyone who loves regional brewing culture and sociable party vibes should experience this autumn event live at the Höhnskeller.
