20 Years Market Oberfranken: Two Days Full of Family Joy in Hallstadt
The Market Oberfranken is celebrating its 20th birthday on Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31, 2026. Visitors can expect a varied family festival with interactive activities, sweet treats, entertainment, and special programs at the Market Shopping Center Hallstadt.
Bubbles, Glitter Tattoos, and Imaginative Balloons
On Friday, the shopping experience is all about children. From 11 AM to 6 PM, a bubble workshop will create large, colorful shapes in bright rainbow colors. From 1 PM to 6 PM, glitter tattoos, funny balloon figures, delicious waffles, and an entertaining milking contest with small prizes will enhance the birthday program.
Autumn Activities and Franconian Entertainment
On Saturday, the program starts at 9:30 AM with cow milking contests, beer stein lifting, and the game The Hot Wire. Balloon modeling and glitter tattoos will again bring color to the market atmosphere. From 11 AM to 6 PM, the big bubble fun invites amazement, while pumpkin carving brings autumnal craftsmanship to life.
Birthday Cake, Rennsteig Spatzen, and Raffle
A highlight follows at 10 AM with the cutting of the birthday cake. From 12 PM to 3:30 PM, the Rennsteig Spatzen will perform. At 3 PM, the raffle winners will be drawn; according to regional reports, prizes worth approximately 2,500 euros are waiting.
Shopping Under One Roof
The Market Oberfranken combines family celebrations with weather-independent shopping enjoyment. The shopping center offers 28 specialty stores, dining options, and around 850 parking spaces. The ground-level facility is wheelchair accessible and thereby easily accessible for families with strollers as well as for people with mobility impairments.
The birthday weekend connects regional market atmosphere, seasonal autumn spirit, and a diverse entertainment program. Those who want to experience the anniversary live will find plenty of reasons to visit with the whole family at the Market Shopping Center Hallstadt on October 30 and 31, 2026.
