Today the words belong to you: Poetry Slam at STIL.Bruch

On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, STIL.Bruch in Bamberg will be transformed into a stage for self-written texts, pointed thoughts, and immediate performance. At Art with Words, language takes center stage: vibrant, personal, and carried by the tension of the moment.

Poetry Slam as a literary live experience

Poetry Slam combines literary quality with direct audience closeness. Between poetry, short prose, spoken word, and performative storytelling, an evening arises where voice, rhythm, and stage presence are just as important as the written word. The texts step out of the silent space of the page and encounter the audience directly.

Self-written texts, performance, and lots of applause

The evening thrives on the diversity of contributions and the openness of the format. Personal observations, poetic images, societal perspectives, and surprising punchlines find their place. The reading atmosphere remains approachable and dynamic: each performance develops its own tone, each voice its own linguistic signature.

Moderated and organized by Lisa & Emilia

Lisa & Emilia will lead the Poetry Slam and provide the framework for the literary evening. Their format Art with Words focuses on encounter, expression, and the special charm of live-spoken literature. The audience experiences language not as a finished monument but as a movable art form in direct exchange.

Conclusion: Literature that changes the space

Visitors can expect a concentrated, entertaining, and immediate literary experience with self-written texts, performance, and lots of applause. Those who want to experience Poetry Slam as a modern form of language art will find an evening full of energy, closeness, and surprising perspectives at STIL.Bruch.
