Flying Sharks bring their Electro-Pop Tornado to Bamberg
On November 2, 2026, the Live Club Bamberg will transform into a vibrant shark tank: Flying Sharks return after their much-acclaimed performance at the Kontakt Festival and present their new tour Everybody Goes Dumb. As support, The Assholes will kick off the evening.
Sharp synthesizers, biting messages
Flying Sharks combine Electro Pop, club beats, rap, and glittering synth surfaces with socially critical lyrics. The music sounds driving, edgy, and deliberately idiosyncratic. Between hyper-pop energy, danceable bass lines, and theatrical stage performance, a concert experience emerges that not only gets into your legs but also resonates in your mind.
Live atmosphere with attitude
The duo of Kristina Paulini and Jan König represents a multifaceted art performance, where sound, light, movement, and clear statements intertwine. Themes like mental health, sexual oppression, the suppression of women, and societal stagnation receive a direct, unvarnished voice. The audience does not expect a smooth pop show, but an energetic stage world filled with absurd humor, emotional weight, and political urgency.
From debut album to new tour
Since 2020, Flying Sharks have developed their own style between pop, rap, EDM, and social criticism. The debut album Amor and Psyche was released in 2023. This was followed by numerous club and festival appearances, including the Reeperbahn Festival. In 2025, Flying Sharks played their first major tour and reached the Top 5 of the Rio Reiser Song Prize with I Bleed. In 2026, the next album will be the focus of the tour.
Support: The Assholes
The concert evening will be opened by The Assholes. Their support act leads directly into the raw, unadapted, and danceable sound world of the evening before Flying Sharks take over with their sharp-edged Electro Pop.
Admission, start time, and entry
Admission starts at 8:00 PM, and the concert begins at 8:30 PM. Entry is free until 9:30 PM. This offers a rare opportunity to experience an extraordinary live performance with a clear stance at no cost.
Conclusion: A concert between dance floor and food for thought
Anyone looking for energetic hyper-pop, distinctive synthesizers, socially critical lyrics, and a lovingly quirky stage performance will experience an evening with its own pull at the Live Club Bamberg. Flying Sharks unite audience mood, political message, and musical pressure into a show that unfolds best live and in the middle of the crowd.
